About Viovet
Viovet is an online shop for pet owners that sells everyday pet products alongside pet medicines. Prescription medicines can only be supplied against a prescription from your vet, so it helps to arrange one before you order. The website is where you can check current offers and the delivery terms before you buy.
Viovet - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Viovet - from voucher codes to ordering medicines for your pet.
How do I use a Viovet voucher code?
Add your pet products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you pay, and check that the discount appears in the total.
Do I need a prescription for pet medicines?
For prescription medicines, yes. Viovet needs a valid prescription from your vet before it can send them, so arrange this in good time if your pet is on regular treatment.
Why is my Viovet voucher code not working?
A code may have expired, need a minimum spend or exclude some products or brands. Check the spelling and the terms of the code, and make sure your basket meets them.
Tips for using a Viovet voucher code
Enter your Viovet voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, then look at the order total to confirm the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code carefully, since an offer may only cover certain products or brands, need a minimum spend, or run until a set date.
How to save at Viovet
The simplest way to save is to use a Viovet voucher code at the checkout. Pet food, treats and other regular supplies are easier to budget for if you buy them in one larger order rather than several small ones, which can also cut delivery charges. Before paying, look at the offers currently shown on the Viovet website.
