About Vistaprint
Vistaprint is an online printing service for businesses and individuals. You can design and order business cards, flyers, signs, banners, stickers, labels, packaging and stationery, as well as printed clothing, bags, promotional products, photo gifts and invitations, and there are design services if you would rather have help with the artwork.
Vistaprint - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Vistaprint - from voucher codes to design help and business accounts.
How do I use a Vistaprint voucher code?
Finish your design, add the product to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promo code field before you pay, then check that the discount appears in the total.
What is Vistaprint Pro?
Vistaprint Pro is the part of Vistaprint aimed at businesses. It is worth a look if your company orders printed materials or branded products regularly rather than as a one-off.
Can Vistaprint design my products for me?
Yes. Vistaprint offers design services, so you can get help creating the artwork for a business card, flyer or other printed item instead of building the design yourself.
Does Vistaprint have a reseller programme?
Yes. Vistaprint runs a reseller programme for businesses that order print on behalf of their own customers. Details of how it works and how to join are on the Vistaprint website.
Tips for using a Vistaprint voucher code
Enter your Vistaprint voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order summary to see that the reduction has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may cover only certain products or quantities, or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at Vistaprint
A Vistaprint voucher code at the checkout is the quickest way to reduce the cost of a print order. Students can claim a student discount, and delivery is free once an order passes £40, so grouping business cards, flyers and labels into one order can help. Checking the charge for each delivery speed against your deadline before you pay also avoids paying for speed you do not need.
Payment methods
Vistaprint accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Mondu (pay by invoice)
Delivery
There are five delivery speeds, priced according to order value: next day when you order by 11am, rush in two days, express in four, standard in six and economy in ten. Delivery is free on orders over £40, small and medium items can go to a pick-up point, and Scottish postcodes take an extra day.
