Vitabiotics - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Vitabiotics - from voucher codes to how the reward points scheme works.
How do I use a Vitabiotics voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
How do Vitabiotics reward points work?
You collect points on your orders, and every 100 points is worth £1 off. You need at least 100 points to redeem them, and you can use up to 2,000 points on a single order.
Can I use reward points together with a voucher code?
Not always. Points cannot be combined with some promotions, so check the terms of the offer at the checkout before you decide whether to redeem points or use the code.
Do Vitabiotics reward points expire?
Points are added to your account within 14 days of an order. They can expire if your account has been inactive for 12 months or more, so it is worth using them regularly.
Tips for using a Vitabiotics voucher code
Enter your Vitabiotics voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and check the order total to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the code's terms first, because some promotions cannot be used with reward points, and an offer may exclude certain products or already reduced multibuys.
How to save at Vitabiotics
A Vitabiotics voucher code is the most direct way to cut the cost of an order. Reward points build up with every purchase and can be redeemed at the checkout, and referring a friend earns extra points. Subscribe and Save is an option for supplements you take every day, and choosing free standard delivery over express keeps the order cost down.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free and takes 3-5 working days, and express delivery in 1-2 working days is available for a charge. The daily order cut-off is 1pm, Monday to Friday. International orders take 7-12 days. If anything is missing from your parcel, report it within 3 days.
Returns and cancellation rights
Unopened products can be returned: request the return within 14 days, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Damaged or faulty products can be refunded within 30 days, or replaced between 30 and 180 days. Email customer services for the freepost return address. If your order used a promotional discount, the refund is adjusted in proportion.
