VonHaus - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about VonHaus - from voucher codes to warranties, manuals and rewards.
How do I use a VonHaus voucher code?
Add your products to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount code field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Do VonHaus products come with a warranty?
Yes. VonHaus products come with a 2-year warranty, which is worth keeping in mind when you buy power tools or appliances that you expect to use regularly.
Where can I find the manual for my VonHaus product?
Product manuals are available online on the VonHaus website, so you can look up setup and care instructions again if the printed copy has gone missing.
What is VonHaus Rewards?
VonHaus Rewards is the shop's own rewards scheme for customers. You can find out how to join and what it offers on the VonHaus website before you place your next order.
Tips for using a VonHaus voucher code
Enter your VonHaus voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may apply only to certain products or brands, or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added once the order is placed.
How to save at VonHaus
Using a VonHaus voucher code at the checkout is the simplest way to reduce the cost of an order. Standard delivery to the UK mainland is free, so there is no need to pad out a basket to reach a threshold. Joining VonHaus Rewards is worth considering if you buy from the shop often, and the 2-year warranty helps protect the value of larger purchases.
Payment methods
VonHaus accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards
- Klarna
Delivery
Delivery to the UK mainland is free. Order before 11am from Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery, standard orders take 1-3 working days and large items 5-7 working days. VonHaus does not deliver to the Highlands, the Islands or Ireland, and an order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return an item within 30 days of dispatch as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. A prepaid Evri label costs £3.99, or a home collection can be booked for £6.99. Large furniture has to be sent back with your own courier. Refunds are made within 30 days of VonHaus receiving the return.
