Walls and Floors - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Walls and Floors - from voucher codes to samples and the showroom.
How do I use a Walls and Floors voucher code?
Add your tiles or panels to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the order total has gone down.
Can I order samples from Walls and Floors?
Yes. Cut samples are free, with up to three per order. Seeing a tile or panel in your own room and light is a sensible step before you buy in quantity.
Does Walls and Floors have a showroom?
Yes. There is a showroom in Kettering, Northamptonshire, where you can look at products in person before deciding what to order for a bathroom, kitchen or garden project.
How can I contact Walls and Floors?
The phone line is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 4pm, so you can ask about products, delivery or an existing order.
Tips for using a Walls and Floors voucher code
Enter your Walls and Floors voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check that the discount shows in the total. Read the terms of the code first, as it may exclude reduced lines or need a minimum spend. Tile orders can be large, so confirm the code applies to every item in the basket before you pay.
How to save at Walls and Floors
Using a Walls and Floors voucher code is the most direct saving on an order. Free cut samples help you avoid buying the wrong tile or panel, which is a costly mistake on a big project. Delivery is free once an order passes £399, so buying tiles, tools and fixings together can clear that threshold, and the sale section is worth a look before you commit.
Payment methods
Walls and Floors accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards
- PayPal Pay in 3
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £399, and next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm. Depending on the order, goods arrive by kerbside delivery or by a dedicated panel delivery service, and surcharges can apply to some deliveries, so check the details before you reach the checkout.
Returns and cancellation rights
You have 14 days from delivery to tell Walls and Floors you want to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the goods back. You arrange and insure the return transport yourself, and items must go back to the warehouse in their original packaging. Refunds are made within 5 working days of the goods arriving. Leftover or surplus product cannot be returned, only a full order cancellation.
