Waterford - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Waterford - from voucher codes to breakage cover and business gifts.
How do I use a Waterford voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Does Waterford offer a breakage warranty?
Yes. Waterford has a breakage warranty, with its own page setting out what is covered and how to make a claim. Read it before you buy if accidental damage is a concern.
Can businesses order Waterford gifts?
Yes. Waterford runs a business gifting programme for companies that want to give crystal to clients or staff. The details are on the business gifting page of the website.
Tips for using a Waterford voucher code
Enter your Waterford voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the code's terms first, because an offer may need a minimum spend or exclude outlet pieces, and a code usually cannot be added once the order has been placed.
How to save at Waterford
A Waterford voucher code is the simplest way to reduce the cost of an order. Joining the loyalty membership brings a discount for new members, and the outlet collection is worth checking for crystal at lower prices. Delivery is free on orders over £75, so combining a set of glasses with a vase or decanter in one order can save the delivery charge.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by DPD Next Day for £3.95, and delivery is free on orders over £75. Order before 12pm Monday to Friday for delivery on the next working day. Waterford does not deliver to Jersey, the Channel Islands, PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Pack them in their original packaging with the return form and label, and send them at your own cost, ideally by recorded delivery. The original delivery charge is not refunded. Refunds are made within 14 days of the parcel arriving at the UK returns address in Sheffield.
