Wedgwood - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Wedgwood - from voucher codes to breakages and caring for your china.
How do I use a Wedgwood voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the promotional code field before you pay, then check that the discount appears in the order total.
Does Wedgwood offer a breakage warranty?
Yes. Wedgwood has a Breakage Warranty for its pieces. Read the terms on the Wedgwood website to see what it covers and how to make a claim before you rely on it.
How should I look after Wedgwood china?
Wedgwood publishes a care guide on its website. It is worth reading when you buy new bone china, so you know how the maker recommends cleaning and storing your pieces.
Tips for using a Wedgwood voucher code
Enter your Wedgwood voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the basket total to make sure the discount has gone through. Read the code's terms first, because an offer may exclude some collections or require a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added after the order is placed.
How to save at Wedgwood
A Wedgwood voucher code is the most direct way to cut the cost of an order. Delivery is free once your order reaches £75, so buying a full set or several gifts at once can save on the delivery charge. Signing up to the Wedgwood newsletter is another option, as subscribers can receive a member offer.
