Wholesale Domestic - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Wholesale Domestic - from voucher codes to trade accounts and getting in touch.
How do I use a Wholesale Domestic voucher code?
Add the products you want to your basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction appears in the order total.
Does Wholesale Domestic have a trade programme?
Yes. Wholesale Domestic runs a trade programme, and one of its Glasgow sites is a dedicated trade centre. Contact the team or check its website to find out who can join and how it works.
Can I pay for a new bathroom in instalments?
Wholesale Domestic has a finance page setting out the options for spreading the cost of a larger order. Read the terms carefully before applying, as they depend on the plan you choose.
How do I contact Wholesale Domestic?
You can reach the customer support team by phone, by email or on WhatsApp, which is useful if you have a question about a product or an order before or after you buy.
Tips for using a Wholesale Domestic voucher code
Enter your Wholesale Domestic voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the basket total to confirm the discount has gone through. Read the terms of the code first, as an offer may need a minimum spend, exclude certain brands or not apply to items that are already reduced in the sale.
How to save at Wholesale Domestic
A Wholesale Domestic voucher code is the most direct way to take money off an order. The sale section is worth checking before you pay full price, and the price match promise means it can pay to ask if you have seen the same product for less elsewhere. Buying everything for a bathroom in one order also helps, because a single delivery fee covers the whole order rather than one charge per item.
Delivery
Standard courier delivery takes 2-7 working days, and larger items can come with an assisted two-person delivery. Orders over £500 to Zone A are delivered free, while charges for large items vary by delivery zone. Orders to Northern Ireland carry an extra customs fee. Next-day delivery and installation are not offered, but click and collect is available in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Returns and cancellation rights
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged, and you can bring it to the Glasgow or Edinburgh showroom, send it by post or book a paid courier collection. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days. Opened toilet seats, customised furniture, painted radiators and whirlpool baths cannot be returned.
More about Wholesale Domestic
