About YuMOVE
YuMOVE makes health supplements for pets under its own brand. The range covers joint support, digestion and probiotics, dental care, calming, skin and coat, and multivitamins, with products for dogs, cats and horses and a few for people too. Orders can be placed one at a time or set up as a regular subscription.
YuMOVE - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about YuMOVE - from voucher codes to the money-back guarantee and vet advice.
How do I use a YuMOVE voucher code?
Add your supplements to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the discount field before you pay, then check that the reduction shows in the order total.
Does YuMOVE offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. YuMOVE has a six-week money-back guarantee, which gives you time to see how a supplement suits your pet. Read the conditions on its website before you rely on it.
Can I get advice from a vet through YuMOVE?
Yes. YuMOVE gives customers access to PawSquad, a vet support service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can ask a question about your pet at any time.
Tips for using a YuMOVE voucher code
Enter your YuMOVE voucher code at the checkout before you confirm payment, and look at the order summary to make sure the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may be limited to certain products or to one-off orders rather than subscriptions, and a code cannot usually be added afterwards.
How to save at YuMOVE
A YuMOVE voucher code is the most direct way to cut the price of an order. If your pet takes a supplement every day, the Subscribe and Save option is worth a look, as it sets up repeat deliveries so you do not run out. Delivery is free to most UK addresses, so there is little need to bulk up an order, and the six-week money-back guarantee lowers the risk of trying a new product.
Payment methods
YuMOVE accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- American Express
- PayPal
Delivery
Delivery is free to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, although some exclusions apply. Orders are sent with Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and usually arrive within 2-3 working days, Saturdays included. Anything ordered by 2pm Monday to Friday is dispatched the same day, and a parcel that has not arrived should be reported within 28 days.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return an item within 28 days of delivery if it is faulty or misdescribed, or if YuMOVE made a mistake with your order, and return postage is free. Once the return has been received, the refund is processed within 5-10 working days. The six-week money-back guarantee is a separate promise with its own conditions.
More about YuMOVE
YuMOVE was founded in 2006 by Dr John Howie and John Davies, and the brand belongs to Lintbells Limited, a UK company. It concentrates on supplements that support pets' health day to day, with joint care alongside products for digestion, teeth, skin and coat, and calming. The business is a certified B Corp. In 2024 it joined Vetnique, a pet supplement company based in the United States, while continuing to trade under the YuMOVE name in the UK.
