Zalando - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Zalando - from voucher codes to sizing help and following your parcel.
How do I use a Zalando voucher code?
Add your items to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before you place the order, then check that the discount shows in the total.
Does Zalando have a size guide?
Yes. Zalando provides size guidance to help you choose the right fit before you order, which is worth checking because sizing can vary between the many brands it sells.
Can I track my Zalando order?
Yes. Zalando offers parcel tracking, so you can follow your delivery once the order has been sent and see where your parcel is on its way to you.
Tips for using a Zalando voucher code
Enter your Zalando voucher code at the checkout before you place the order, and check the order summary to confirm the discount has been applied. Read the terms of the code first, because an offer may leave out certain brands or sale items, or need a minimum spend, and a code usually cannot be added afterwards.
How to save at Zalando
A Zalando voucher code is the simplest way to lower the price of an order. The sale section is also worth checking before paying full price, as it covers women's, men's and children's fashion and can be filtered by the size of the discount. Since returns are free, you can order two sizes when you are unsure of the fit and send back the one that does not suit.
Payment methods
Zalando accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
Returns and cancellation rights
Zalando accepts returns within 30 days, and sending items back is free of charge. The steps for returning an order are explained in the returns section of the help pages, so check there to see how to prepare and send your parcel before you post it.
