Zavvi - frequently asked questions
Here we answer the questions people ask most often about Zavvi - from voucher codes to Red Carpet membership and exclusive editions.
How do I use a Zavvi voucher code?
Add your films or collectibles to the basket and go to the checkout. Enter the voucher code in the code field before paying, then check that the discount has been taken off the total.
What is Zavvi Red Carpet?
Red Carpet is an annual membership for UK customers. Members get free standard UK delivery, early access and exclusives, which can suit collectors who order several times a year.
Does Zavvi sell exclusive editions?
Yes. Zavvi offers some exclusive editions, including SteelBook releases of films, so it is worth checking the product page for details of the packaging and format.
Tips for using a Zavvi voucher code
Enter your Zavvi voucher code at the checkout before you complete payment, and check the order summary to confirm the discount. Read the code's terms first, since an offer may only apply to certain categories, such as films on disc or collectibles, or need a minimum spend before it works.
How to save at Zavvi
A Zavvi voucher code is the simplest way to cut the price of an order. Students and young shoppers can claim their own discounts, and there is a refer a friend scheme if you know someone who would like to shop there too. Standard delivery costs less than next-day delivery, so unless you need an item quickly, it keeps the total down.
Delivery
Standard delivery costs £1.99 and takes 3-5 working days. Next-day delivery costs £4.99 when you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Red Carpet members get standard UK delivery free for the length of their membership.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, using the online returns portal. Goods must be in pristine condition, and clothing must be unwashed with its tags attached. Underwear cannot be returned, and exchanges are not offered, so you need to return the item and order again. Refunds can take up to 10 working days once the return has been processed.
