Delivery
Delivery is free on orders from £39. Smaller orders carry a standard or next-day delivery charge, and the charge goes down as the value of your basket rises. Parcels are sent with Evri or DHL. Next-day orders need to be placed by 3pm from Monday to Thursday, and you can choose to collect from an Evri ParcelShop instead of having the parcel delivered.
Returns and cancellation rights
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, and Zooplus covers the cost of return shipping, except for express or oversized items. Contact customer service before sending anything back, and they will arrange a collection or let you send the parcel yourself. Personalised products and perishable goods cannot be returned.
